We will explore disconnecting from harm--from spirits to old relationships--from abuses and from us--and the dangers of codependency as well as media and stresses we create. We'll look at why the spiritual experts are so numerous. We'll talk about the sellingof spirituality and the seduction; why and how television and often a friend can be a mortal enemy for children and and the vulnerable and how.

Thurs 10/20/11 Affirmations, Prayer, Meditation, and Visualization--what they are and what do they do. We will do group visualizations and learn to make appropriate responses to heal and relax the body. All these address stress. Learn to know when stress is body, physical, or emotional. Can you fix the problem? We will address whether spirituality betters life--why and why not. Interactive, followed by a deep cleansing.
